Dates in teriyaki and goose breast

First course or snack – a winning combination of ingredients

Ingredients:
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (can be prepared)
A few drops of Tabasco
10 Medjoul dates, pitted
Sesame
10 slices of smoked goose breast

Preparation:
1. Mix the Teriyaki and Tabasco sauce in a bowl and mix the dates for a few hours.
2. Heat the oven to medium heat (180 ° C). Spread a generous amount of sesame seeds on the dates. · Roll each date with smoked goose slices, and fasten with a toothpick.
3. Place in a baking pan, and cool for about 10 minutes until the goose is crispy.
