Junior International Sales Entrepreneur

Are you an ambitious self-starter who sees opportunities all over Europe? We are looking for an entrepreneurial Junior Sales Representative who not only opens doors but also takes full control of the operational process. A versatile role for someone who enjoys international contacts, freedom, and a healthy dose of personal responsibility. 

What are you going to do?

You have the freedom to develop your own market segment. You are responsible for the entire process: from the initial cold contact to the flawless delivery.

• Cold Acquisition & Business Development: You are a hunter who gains energy from opening new doors. You proactively approach potential international partners.
• Operational Management: Sales is more than closing a deal. You manage the entire back office of your own successes: from preparing quotes and processing orders to coordinating logistics.
• National and International Relationship Management: You maintain close contact with your clients. To strengthen these relationships, you occasionally visit clients or trade shows.
• Hybrid Working: You manage your own time. Whether you're thriving in the office with your colleagues or handling your administration and acquisition from home; you make sure the results count.

Who are you?

We are looking for a junior with a professional attitude who combines accuracy with commercial effectiveness.

• Entrepreneurial and independent: You see work that needs to be done and can handle the freedom of hybrid working well, and you possess a driver's license.
• Language wonder: You speak German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Sales-DNA: You have a healthy dose of courage, are strong in communication, and have no trouble with cold calling.
• Hands-on: You don't shy away from the operational regulations and administrative processing.
